Privacy Policy
TuckerHub, operated by Grey Matter Partners, Inc. Effective June 14, 2026.
TuckerHub is a private financial-management dashboard. This policy explains what information it collects, how that information is used and protected, and the choices you have. TuckerHub is single-tenant: each user connects and sees only their own accounts.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: the entities, accounts, and notes you enter, and your contact details.
- Financial data via Plaid: when you link a financial institution, we receive account information, balances, and transaction history through Plaid.
- Technical data: minimal logs generated by our hosting and database providers to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To present your consolidated financial picture, including net worth, allocation, and bookkeeping across your entities.
- To categorize and reconcile your transactions.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the service.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.
Plaid
We use Plaid Inc. to connect your financial accounts. By linking an account you also agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy, available at plaid.com/legal. Plaid’s handling of your data is governed by that policy.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own use. We rely on a small set of service providers to operate TuckerHub, each acting on our behalf:
- Plaid — financial account connectivity.
- Vercel — application hosting (United States).
- Supabase — database hosting (United States); encrypted at rest.
- Anthropic — AI-assisted transaction categorization. Data sent is treated as read-only and is not used to train models.
How we protect information
Financial data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security and is accessible only through server-side credentials that are never exposed to the browser. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to the account owner.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a linked institution at any time, and you can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Disconnecting an institution removes our ability to access that institution’s data going forward.
Your choices
- Disconnect any linked financial institution.
- Delete accounts, transactions, or your data on request.
Children
TuckerHub is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
