Privacy Policy

TuckerHub, operated by Grey Matter Partners, Inc. Effective June 14, 2026.

TuckerHub is a private financial-management dashboard. This policy explains what information it collects, how that information is used and protected, and the choices you have. TuckerHub is single-tenant: each user connects and sees only their own accounts.

Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.

Plaid

We use Plaid Inc. to connect your financial accounts. By linking an account you also agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy, available at plaid.com/legal. Plaid’s handling of your data is governed by that policy.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own use. We rely on a small set of service providers to operate TuckerHub, each acting on our behalf:

How we protect information

Financial data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security and is accessible only through server-side credentials that are never exposed to the browser. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to the account owner.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a linked institution at any time, and you can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Disconnecting an institution removes our ability to access that institution’s data going forward.

Your choices

Children

TuckerHub is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
